Black & Orange BBQ & Catering is a Bay of Plenty–based catering business specialising in authentic low & slow BBQ, grazing platters, buffet catering, and freshly prepared event food. With over 20 years of combined hospitality and catering experience in New Zealand and Europe, we bring quality, consistency, and a passion for great food to every event we attend. Our menu is built around crowd favourites such as smoked pulled pork, brisket, and tender chicken, complemented by fresh, flavourful sides. We also offer flexible menu options and vegetarian / vegan alternatives, allowing us to adapt to a wide range of event styles and audiences. We are fully mobile and self-sufficient with our food truck setup, enabling us to operate efficiently at festivals, markets, private functions, weddings, and large-scale events. We pride ourselves on fast service, professional presentation, and a friendly, reliable team that understands the importance of delivering a great customer experience.
